Crane base with cranked column in all-steel construction, slewing ring gear with slewing gear assembly and hydraulic slewing connections for continuous slewing. Slewing speed 0,8 rpm, slewing torque 124kNm.

Telescopic main boom with 3 hydraulic extensions in hexagon design, displaceable under load to max. 24,33m horizontal reach. Operator top seat at left side of column with all controls alternatively operator's platform with all controls. Option: steel cabin for operator with a/c.

All rams are double acting. Complete hydraulic system consisting of: 1 lifting ram, 3 extension rams, slewing gear, control valve block with 4 individual functions (high sensitive) for slewing, luffing, extension, winch. Load holding valves at all cylinders, overload protection valves, safety device as per CE-standard,
i.e. visual alarm at 90% of max. load, emergency shut-off button at all controls.

Hydraulic winch 6.000kg capacity at single line/1st layer, 5.000kg/3rd layer, average speed 27m/min. at 80l/min., rope dia. 16mm, rope length 94m, automatic cut-off device for winch operation (electro-hydraulic) if hook block is retracted or only 4 windings of rope are left on the reel-drum. Option: 10t pulley for max. load at half speed.

This crane is treated against corrosive environment, i.e. roller bearings seawater resistant, piston rods double chromed (option stainless steel), fittings and couplings of hoses galvanized, special seawater resistant marine paint 4 layers, all steel structure sandblasted (SA2,5) and zinc-dust treated before painting.

This crane is manufactured according to German Standard
DIN 15018 to meet marine specifications for provision/service crane type "A". Min. 5° heel and 2° trim under harbour conditions with full load. Classification certificate on request.
