Decreased working pressure according to marine classification for operation with men-basket. Crane base with cranked column in all-steel construction, heavy duty dual rack and pinion slewing system for 410° rotation. Slewing torque 33.300Nm.

Telescopic main boom with three hydraulic extensions displaceable under load to max. 15,0m horizontal reach plus maintenance platform.

All rams are double acting. Complete hydraulic system consisting of: 1 lifting ram, 3 extension rams, slewing gear. Top seat at right hand side of column with control valve block comprising 3 individual functions (high sensitive) for slewing, luffing, extension. Load holding valves at all cylinders plus overload protection valves, safety devices as per CE-standard, i.e. visual alarm at 90% of max. load, emergency shut-off button at all controls.

Maintenance basket, 360kg payload for four people plus tools, dimensions: 2200 x 1000 x 1185mm, manual emergency pump, radio remote control for all crane functions inside maintenance platform. Balancing of basket by gravity with assistance of pneumatic cylinder to minimize the swing and manual locking brake to fix the basket in working position.

This crane/basket is treated against corrosive environment, i.e. crane base – St 52-3, column/booms – St e 460, cylinder tube – St 52-3 piston rods – double chromium plated (stainless steel optional), bushings – seawater proof bronce, sandblasting plus zinc dust treatment, 3-coat colour system (marine paint).

This crane is built in compliance with DIN-standard 15018 and may be registered with all known international classification societies.
