Basic unit with two-stage telescopic main boom for max. hydraulic reach of 18,43m. Range of boom elevation 0-80°. Decreased working pressure according to marine classification for SWL 6.300kg at 15m.

Crane base with cranked column in all-steel construction, slewing ring gear with slewing gear assembly and hydraulic slewing connections for continuous slewing. Slewing speed 0,8 rpm.

Telescopic main boom with 2 hydraulic extensions in hexagon design, displaceable under load to max. 18,43m horizontal reach. Operator top seat at left side of column with all controls.

All rams are double acting. Complete hydraulic system consisting of: 1 lifting ram, 2 extension rams, slewing gear, control valve block with 4 individual functions (high sensitive) for slewing, luffing, extension, winch. Load holding valves at all cylinders plus overload protection device. Pressure reservoir at lifting cylinder to dampen the centrifugal forces acting on the neck bearings.

Hydraulic winch 6.000kg capacity at single line/1st layer, 5.000kg/3rd layer, average speed 27m/min. at 80l/min.,
rope dia. 16mm, rope length 80m, automatic cut-off device for winch operation (electro-hydraulic) if hook block is retracted or only 4 windings of rope are left on the reel-drum.

The crane is treated against corrosive environment, i.e. roller bearings are seawater resistant, piston rods are double chromed (option stainless steel), fittings and couplings of hoses are galvanized; 4 layers special seawater resistant marine paint; all steel structures sandblasted (SA2,5) and zinc-dust treated before painting.

This crane is manufactured according to German Standard DIN 15018 to meet marine specifications for provision/service crane type "A". Min. 5° heel and 2° trim under harbour conditions with full load. Classification certificate optional.
